NetApp has appointed Pamela Hennard as the company’s new Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer. In this role, Hennard will drive initiatives to embed diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout NetApp, ensuring these values are integral to every stage of the employee experience, from recruitment through career development.

Previously serving as NetApp’s Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition, she has over 27 years in human resources and a proven track record of building high-performing teams aligned with diversity goals. Her strategic vision has been instrumental in NetApp’s recruitment objectives, fostering a more inclusive approach to talent acquisition.
This experience has driven her to advocate for veterans, women, people of color, LGBTQ+ individuals, and people with disabilities, creating tailored recruitment and retention strategies for underrepresented groups.
