Neha Jain has been appointed Group Human Resources Director -Asia, Middle East, Africa, ANZ + Innovation Emerging Markets COE by Dr. Reddy's Laboratories.
She is in charge of creating and carrying out a people strategy in this position that is strongly correlated with company strategy.
Together with leading HR integration, technology strategy, and transformation across many nations and regions, she also oversees any M&A due diligence as well as in- and out-licensing prospects.
