NAOS India Implements A 4.5 Day Work Week Module

Pandemic led to changes in social behaviors and trends across sectors and industries. Not only did it induce a change in mindset but also brought about a renewed sense of culture in the workspace. As a result to their employee-centric ecosystem, NAOS India has announced a 4.5-day workweek module, starting December 2022 in UAE & India.

At NAOS, an employee is expected to clock in 9 hours a day with the clock-in time being flexible from 8 am to 9:30 am. While their 9-hours work system continues, policies regarding flexibility of work hours are being implemented basis of the comfort of their employees. Further to their brand policy of human care being a priority, NAOS India had also decreased the work hours by 1-2 hours for employees who resided at locations during raining the rainy season.

Sharing her thoughts on the new module, Sony R. Kadavil, HR Head, NAOS India said, “We invest in people in terms of comfort, freedom, and openness to express, so that they in-turn invest in the organization.
