Metastable Materials Appoints R U Srinivas As HR Advisor

Srinivas has three and a half decades of expertise building up organisations from start-ups to worldwide powerhouses

Metastable Materials, a lithium-ion battery recycling startup, announced the appointment of Mr. R U Srinivas as HR Advisor and Executive Coach. He brings three and half decades of experience in scaling up organisation's from start-up stage to global powerhouses, building a culture of process excellence and high performance, and building and coaching leadership teams to drive and manage scale globally. He will play a pivotal role in driving Metastable Materials’ growth and success.


R U Srinivas has over 35 years of experience in a variety of industries, both B2B (Saas Product, Banking, IT+ Business Process Outsourcing, Big 4 Audit firms, and Manufacturing) as well as B2C (Food and Retail). He has been a CEO and member of the Board and led Strategy, Sales, Operations, Quality, Finance, and HR functions globally. He has worked and sold in over 20 countries and received global awards as HRO superstar (3 times) and FAO superstar. In his spare time, he does pro-bono work at IIT Madras Incubation Centre advising startups on HR matters. He also advises the Board and Trustees of CHILD, an NGO.
