As Thukral shared about his important contributions at ADP where he created the ‘Client-centric model’ at ADP 4000+ hires across two countries India & Philippines for ADP; at ADP he onboarded 1300 for niche technology roles. 

Balancing the HR role as a niche operation role he created a commendable equation and also be able to consistently contribute d investing in company’s business growth and he said, “I Contributed in ADPI be a destination of choice for global work – leading to business growth.” The company is ahead of cure in RPA and process automation and Thukral has been the best in industry TA metrics for almost a year.

The company hugely showcase quality over numbers in many aspects. He as a business-oriented HR leader has played a significant role and saved over 1 million dollars yearly due to reduction in cost per hire & efficiency gains in the process. Engagement at the centre for ADP and according to Thukral focused on engagement of employees and various levels and he claimed to have the highest (90 %+) engagement & retention consistently for multiple years at ADP.

Elaborating and understanding the importance of HR; he mentioned, “HR plays a strategic role and is the key link and propeller of most initiatives due to the expertise that HR brings to the table. We are an HCM company – HR can add value to the global products of ADP. We leverage our internal products and make our products for clients better”
