Leading HR Transformation

An HR leader skilled in large-scale organisational transformation and change management, Deepti Gupta is known to have worked across a variety of domains, including IT, ITeS, internet and telecom, pharmaceutical, energy etc. She has proven her acumen in working across consulting and business HR, and has also been instrumental in driving key shifts from culture perspective and HR transformation. Gupta is experienced in building and leading large teams across all areas of HR, like talent management, performance management, learning, rewards and partnering.

Prior to working with Jubilant Foodworks, this MDI-Gurgaon alumna was associated with Info Edge as an Executive VP-HR.
