Intel Announces Leadership Appointment In India

Santhosh Viswanathan has been appointed as the Vice President and Managing Director of the India region; and Hans Chuang has been appointed as the General Manager of SMG Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ), effective immediately.
“We see massive business opportunities and growing momentum in India. By creating a separate region, we are enabling our teams, including our strong engineering base in India, to work closely with our customers. It is a very exciting time for Intel in India, and I am thrilled to lead our business in the country,” said Santhosh.  
Further, Hans who is based out of Taiwan, will oversee Intel's business operations in the APJ region, focusing on revenue growth, fostering new opportunities within the local ecosystem, and strengthening relationships with customers and partners.
