E&Y is the leader in its sector and on its expansion plan Pragnya Mohapatra has played a remarkable role and she successfully integrated the HR processes in EY Bangladesh.
Mohapatra rightly pointed out and emphasized that HR is the torchbearer of the values and purpose of the organization. The company seems to be giving a fair and free ground to let employees have the freedom to grow and shine accordingly. HR is truly a custodian of the company’s culture and plays an important role in nurturing and keeping the culture intact at times of crisis.
The culture of open communication and trust-building is at the core of E&Y. Talking more about practices at the company and the role of HR; Mohapatra opened up and stated, “HR is seen as an unbiased team where employees can open up with trust.
Looking forward Mohapatra explained the criticality of innovation and collaboration. She has integrated the value system of EY to Bangladesh while she is handling HR for both Kolkata & Bangladesh. Many projects and initiatives have been taken under the guidance of Mohapatra and the results are fruitful for the company. She shared that, “New initiatives and sustainable practices are under process to make the company thrive in the New Normal”
