The HR fraternity mourns the loss of a renowned HR veteran amongst their community. It was only two years back that Mallik was appointed the Chief People Officer, Home Credit India,
Prior to his stint at Home Credit India, Mallik was working at Jindra Hachova, handling critical HR responsibilities including talent acquisition and retention, organisational change management, employer branding, hiring, learning & development, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, and rewards framework across the organisation.
Not just a renowned HR professional, he was also an entrepreneur and is known to have founded a boutique alternate asset management firm, specialised in fine art investment. He is also known to have advised and held hands of many other renowned organisations like such as Aviva, Emerson and GE; where expertise and strategies are known to reaped in great fruits for thee organisations.
The company claims to have benefited greatly from his vision and leadership. His sudden demise is an irreparable loss for the organization and the fraternity as well.
