The success of the platform speaks through the million+ users onboarded and trained by clients using ChapterVitamins. It boasts over 100,000 active users every month, a figure that has doubled over the last 8 months from 50,000.

The program’s success lies in integrating all aspects of the Training Lifecycle in the LMS in a Classroom & Virtual Instructor-Led Training method. The organization claims to have On-the-job Training and Coaching workflows which have been adopted by over 2000 trainers with a blended training approach for training and learning in the flow of the work. They also report to having over 2,500 managers review the progress of their employees & participate in training interventions online to drive progress.

In a journey that has spanned 5 years, the initiative has been developed and tirelessly subjected to customer feedbacks for enhancements and increased usability. Today, it garners User Engagement & Adoption of over 95% of users, using the app every week and making it the company’s most important sales tool.

The organization also claims to have a strong market share in the BFSI sector, with 25% of India's insurance sector as their clients, Additionally, they state that 5 of the top 20 NBFCs, a Large BFSI Company that trains over 7,000 batches, a Pharma Company with more than 5000 employees in 8 countries and a Global Manufacturing company using their product in 6 countries, as their clients.

Guiding Star claims that the answer to scale the usage of the product to more than 25,000 users every day and to get an increasing number of users on the platform lies in the AI and Automation that has been tactfully used. This has been realised through sending regular Notifications and Reminders to log in, reducing the manual effort for assigning content, rules that define who view what content and what type of messages go to managers and automating User Integration and creating rules for how different courses are assigned based on the date of joining, role and performance.
