Fulcrum Digital is all set to take over 750 employees on board in various functions like program managers, technical architects, data engineers, full-stack developers and many more.
Currently, the company has 1,300 members and is planning to expand its workforce to 18,000 in 2021.
The company said it is focusing on expanding digital talent and technology capabilities in India as part of its broader goal to build a strong foundation for its global delivery centres in India, the US, the UK, Argentina, Brazil, and Portugal. Almost, 65% of the hiring for 2021 will be in India.
On this aggressive hiring Dhana Kumarasamy, the chief executive officer of Fulcrum Digital said, "Onboarding diverse talent with platform and technology capabilities is one of the core factors that define our success. Fulcrum Digital said it has set a vision to achieve an equal revenue mix of products and services by 2022. Its hiring plans were backed by continuing growth in digital transformation projects and also the company's rapid geography expansion plans.
