Exicom Tele Systems Appoints Pooja Duggal As CHRO

Exicom Tele Systems has appointed Pooja Duggal as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), effective 7 October 2024. The decision was made by the company’s board of directors following the recommendation of the Nomination, Remuneration, and Compensation Committee.

Duggal brings over 15 years of experience in diverse HR functions, with a background in leading technology-driven and new-age companies. She has previously held key HR roles at organizations such as RayChem RPG, Jindal Steel & Power, and Zee Media.

In her most recent role as CHRO at Zee Media, Duggal played a critical part in organisational growth and talent acquisition. Notably, during her tenure at RayChem RPG, she helped transition the company from a product-based sales model to a solution-driven one, boosting the sales team’s performance and profitability through strategic incentive planning.

Duggal holds an engineering degree in Information Systems from Indraprastha University and is an alumna of NMIMS, Mumbai. Her career has been marked by successfully navigating complex challenges and fostering the development of high-performing teams.
