With an experience of over 13 years of an HR career, she has grown internally with 7 promotions and reached a leadership position in HR while working with esteemed companies like LG & Panasonic. Gupta is full of gratitude and responsible to be handling the responsibility of leading Business HR & Talent Management verticals for India & other geographies like South-Asia & the Middle East. Gupta represented Panasonic Globally for a 30-day program for presenting HR case study theses at Stanford University in the US.

Panasonic has been an organisation that is truly trying to achieve greater height in numerous aspects. Gupta intensively contributed to HR strategy for Business Continuity during the financial crisis of COVID-19, ensuring no lay-offs despite being under a huge crisis. 

Learning & development has always been at the core for the company like Panasonic and Gupta has played a leading role in introducing and building a robust Talent Management System for employees self-learning tool called ‘Learnado tool’ and employees in return have shared the positive feedback, she explained.

Understanding the upcoming trend and evolution of technology Gupta has digitised the entire HR Management system in order to be more innovative and move ahead of time in the market. Gupta while sharing her contributions in the company shared, pioneered innovative safety practices for employees during the pandemic.
