Employee Service Overhaul In Mizoram: CM Lalduhoma's Push For Greater Efficiency

On Tuesday, Mizoram Chief Minister Lalduhoma stated that officials will examine state government workers' service records to determine which ones are unfit to continue.

Speaking at an economic summit today, Lalduhoma stated that the creation of service review committees has been ordered for all departments.

"Those who are not fit to continue their service or to be employed under the state government will be identified by the committees," he stated.

According to the CM, if necessary, the state government will take action to fire these workers.

According to Lalduhoma, the Mizoram administration has also made the decision to closely oversee all state development initiatives.

The chief minister stated that departments will now use the state planning department to submit project ideas to the Centre.
