According to media sources, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), a renowned Indian IT giant, has chosen industry veteran Elizabeth Mathew as the head of TCS LeaD, a diversity programme.

Liz takes over from Anant Haidale, who, after a successful stint in HR, has moved to a leadership role in the Manufacturing Business Group. She will nurture leadership talent and oversee diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organization.”

Preeti D'Mello, Head of Diversity and Inclusion, and Brinda R, Head of Leadership Careers, will be reporting to Mathew.
