Leading as the HR Director of Tupperware India, Noopur Jain, a Delhi School of Economics graduate, has been associated with Tupperware for past 5 years. Jain has over has 18+ years of HR experience working with organisations that boast rich cross-cultural environments like the US, Europe, Korea & India. She has worked across various domains of HR covering strategy, talent acquisition & management, talent engagement & development, compensation & benefits, change management & talent transformation.

She has also been a part of the prestigious Tupperware change leaders team at an APAC level. Jain is an ardent believer and follower of 3P’s as her main mantra in life - “Positivity”, “Passion”, and “Pride”. This is something she believes in both personally and professionally. At present she is happily enjoying her maternity phase.
