With a profound commitment to the holistic development of its employees, this challenge seeks to instill positive lifestyle changes and cultivate fitness habits over the course of 100 days. During the first phase employees at corporate office and site will participate, while in the second phase hotel associates will take the challenge.

Recognising the pivotal role of employee well-being, Chalet Hotels has meticulously crafted this challenge to inspire its workforce to prioritise their overall health. By championing healthy habits and active lifestyles, the company is dedicated to cultivating a thriving workforce that excels both professionally and personally.

Throughout this 100-day period, employees will have access to comprehensive health check-ups, providing valuable insights into their overall well-being.
