Bridgentech has recently announced its plans to double its internal team size by adding 80 employees to the current headcount of 70 employees. The hiring spree is based on the company’s aggressive plans to achieve impressive business growth across international markets including the US, Brazil, Germany and Canada.
Bridgentech has recorded a retention rate of >90% for clients and >80% for employees and aims to be recognized as the best place to work in the world. The company announces the opening of roles across technical and non-technical departments including – CloudOps on Azure, AWS and GCP, Full Stack Developers on .NET, Java, PHP, RoR & Python, Technical IT recruiters, Sales and Account Management Personnel & Business and Generalists Management.
Talking about the team hiring plans, Mr. Piyush Raj Akhouri, Co-Founder and Business Head of Bridgentech said, the onset of the pandemic has revolutionized the way companies hire talent. Additionally, the demand for IT workforce has grown tremendously in the past two years which has fuelled our business growth and led to announce new job openings in the company.”
As part of the team expansion strategy, the company will also be emphasizing on its diversity and inclusion policies. It will focus on hiring working mothers who wish to come back to work and people with Physical Disabilities.
“We are a tech-driven company and working on some projects where we will be using artificial intelligence-driven Data Analytics systems. This would help us find and filter resumes at a faster pace further saving time, costs and efforts in identifying the right IT resources for the right jobs and also filter out fake and duplicate resumes in the job market,” he added.
Apart from this, Bridgentech has a strong clientele in European markets. Considering the need to provide extensive customer support in the market, the company also announces to expand its recruitment and pre-sales team in west Europe to provide the customers with faster support on staff augmentation and help them through better local coordination. In addition, it will also help European customers adopt the hybrid staffing model for their local hiring needs in IT Projects in 2022.
Besides team expansion, Bridgentech is also expanding geographically. In the coming months, the company will launch its staffing office in Delaware, USA and Sao Paolo, Brazil to expand its services into America. While Patricia Springer would be leading the company’s expansion efforts in South America, it is actively in the process of hiring a country manager in the US.

However, as the business progresses, the company plans to have Senior Industry Leaders on board and in that scenario, it will be open for strategic funding and occasional brownfield expansion.
