Adithiya Venkataraman Joins Hinduja Renewables As CHRO
Adithiya Venkataraman has been appointed as CHRO at Hinduja Renewables.
"I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Chief Human Resources Officer at Hinduja Renewables Mumbai", wrote Venkataraman in a LinkedIn post.
An MBA graduate, Venkataraman is passionate about human capital, talent building and management. Prior to moving to Hinduja renewables, Aditya is spearheading compensation and Total Rewards at Ashok Leyland currently with aspects of talent acquisition and HR business partnering.
Venkataraman is specialized in operations and had a brief stint in the retail space in strategy and planning before joining the Hinduja Group.
