Adecco India Appoints Jayita Roy As Director - HR

Adecco, a leading global workforce provider has appointed Jayita Roy as Director – HR, India with effect from 1st July 2022. In this role, Jayita will lead the HR function to support the company's objectives and be responsible for talent optimization and organizational culture. She will report directly to the Chairman and Managing Director - Mr. Vidya Sagar Gannamani.

With more than 18 years of diverse experience in international markets, Jayita specializes in leading large-scale organizational transformation and change initiatives across various sectors such as engineering, pharmaceuticals, mining and manufacturing.

Prior to joining Adecco India, Jayita headed her own consulting and coaching firm in Bangalore serving clients across industries.  As a HR Leader Consultant and Leadership Coach, she has worked closely with senior executive teams to build leadership capability, drive performance strategies and enhance the employee experience.
