A seasoned people leader with over two decades of expertise in multiple dimensions of human resources, Aarti was previously CHRO for the Business Services Global Business Line at Capgemini. She takes over from Pallavi Tyagi who will be moving on to a global strategic role within Capgemini’s Group HR function.

Aarti is a seasoned people leader with over two decades of expertise in multiple dimensions of human resources. Her experience includes organization design and development, employee experience, and leadership development. She has successfully executed multiple global programs driving change management, M&A integration and overall business growth.
Prior to taking on this role, Aarti was the CHRO for Business Services Global Business Line at Capgemini. She has also served in various HR leadership at FIS Corporation and Deutsche Bank. Aarti holds an MPM degree in HR from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (SIBM). She has also completed her certification in ‘Strategic HR’ from NSU, Singapore and ‘Strategic Thinking’ from London Business School. Aarti lives in Mumbai with her husband and her 9-year-old daughter.
