Aarna Networks Plans To Expand Hire Skilled Tech Professionals

Aarna Networks, one of the leading software companies in the 5G and Edge computing application management space is planning to expand its engineering team in India by hiring technology professionals in cutting edge technologies from across the country.

The firm was founded with the goal of developing a platform for private 5G networks and edge computing applications that would allow them to be orchestrated, managed, and automated. The platform is vendor-agnostic, cloud-native, lightweight, simple to use, standards-aligned, and fully supports 5G.

“One of the key values that is guiding our hiring strategy is that we intend to employ smartly, with an emphasis on quality rather than quantity. It has enabled us to assemble very talented teams of engineers. Our hiring process is completely backed by technology and virtual interactions. We're committed to providing the best possible working environment for our colleagues” said Amar Kapadia, Co-founder and CEO of Aarna Networks.

The organisation has recently started an initiative to hire specialists for various positions. The startup has received $3.5 million in initial investment from SVQuad Ventures, with participation from Inventus Capital, RiSO Capital, and Arka Ventures, as well as other Silicon Valley industry veterans. The funding will be used by Aarna Networks to acquire additional engineering personnel and increase its sales activities. For the approaching months of FY 2022, they have aggressive growth plans in terms of new clients and revenue.

When it comes to hiring a large number of specialists for various positions, the company is focusing more on quality than quantity. The firm wants its engineering team in India to be entirely self-sufficient in all aspects of the product life cycle, including product design, architecture, development/testing and support. The organisation is looking to hire top-notch technical talent in India to work on cutting-edge technologies such as Cloud/Edge/Kubernetes/5G, among others.

“Despite the uncertainties caused by the pandemic, we have recorded significant growth, thus we need a skilled pool of talent who can deliver with their full potential and be a part of our growth journey. The additional technological capabilities will help us expand our product portfolio and we are committed to invest in the technology leaders of tomorrow” said Sriram Rupanagunta, Co-founder and SVP, Engineering.
