ANSR Appoints BCG's Ayon Banerjee As President

ANSR, the market leader in helping global organizations accelerate digital transformation and technology innovation through Global Capability Centers (GCCs), today announced the appointment of Ayon Banerjee as its Presidentto provide leadership for the company’s next phase of growth and transformation. 

Ayon brings to ANSR extensive experience of having incubated and scaled global businesses in large organizations, with a unique blend of strategic mindset and deep execution rigour. “I am delighted to welcome Ayon to ANSR and look forward to partnering with him as we aim to deliver exceptional impact to our customers,” said Lalit Ahuja, Founder and CEO, ANSR. “ANSR has now successfully pivoted to a platform-based subscription model with wide adoption across our customers. Prior to joining ANSR, Ayon worked extensively in consulting, technology and telecommunications companies in senior executive roles. In his most recent stint, Ayon was Managing Director & Partner at Boston Consulting Group where he was a core leader of the TMT practice in addition to leading the firms TURN practice in India.
