Organizations need to focus on upskilling and reskilling employees

In Deloitte’s 2018 Global Human Capital Trends Report, 47 per cent of respondents stated that their organizations are deeply involved in automation projects, with 24 percent using AI and robotics to perform routine tasks, 16 percent to enhance human skills and 7 per cent to transform work structure suited to global standards. In fact, 61 per cent of companies have already started redesigning existing jobs and profiles around AI, according to the report.
