Hard work is a necessary condition, but timing/luck is also important

 Decided to go entrepreneurial within a year of my first job after campus

 Do things and work with people which alignment with my value system and beliefs

My wife Meghna and brother Anshuman. On specific matters seek advice from expert industry friends.

14) What has been your biggest achievement?

Created an entrepreneurial ecosystem / operating platform with the right values. This enables me to create/pursue multiple ventures

15) One thing that you want to change in yourself?

 Be more direct in my communication on matters which I am uncomfortable with.
