I read books more for learning than for motivation.The last book I read was Ben Horowitz’s ‘The Hard Things about Hard Things’. I do read motivating, insightful quotes again and again. Quotes summarise and define life so well.

Actually both. You have to work hard, continue working hard and have luck on your side. There is no substitute for hard work.

Moving to a business role at work.

I am more execution-driven than strategy-driven. Speed is my mantra. I believe in rolling up my sleeves and getting involved in the execution.
