I read books more for learning than for motivation.The last book I read was Ben Horowitz’s ‘The Hard Things about Hard Things’. I do read motivating, insightful quotes again and again. Quotes summarise and define life so well.

I am more execution-driven than strategy-driven. Speed is my mantra. I believe in rolling up my sleeves and getting involved in the execution.
