Adding to the same, he further said: “From an employee engagement scenario, we are going to look at human experiences, they are an extension from employ to employ family".
Millennials are the biggest challenge when it comes to the multi-gen working environment. However, he said: “We see that millennials are looking at a higher upside with a higher outcome, and it is going to be one big change we will see post COVID”.

Speaking about the recruitments, he said, “In next 2 quarters, we will see much more hiring and internal upskilling”, “We should get some kind of situation where we can hire decent numbers but I guess it will still be lower than what it has been in recent numbers”.
“You get in life what you have the courage to ask for”, Soin concluded on an optimistic note.
