Tata Capital Onboards 100+ Management Trainees In FY23

Tata Capital, the financial services arm of the Tata Group, recently recruited over 100 management trainees under its Management Trainee Program 2022. Trainees were hired from IIMs and Top Business Schools of India. This new batch has been absorbed in roles across Data Science, technology, Sales & Marketing, Credit and Collections.

The Tata Capital Management Trainee Program looks for fresh talent to build a high-quality diversified workforce. This year, 40 per cent of the Management Trainees were women.

Avijit Bhattacharya, Chief Human Resources Officer, Tata Capital said, “Every year we seek to onboard a diversified pool of students from premier institutes with computational, analytical and strategic thinking skills to augment our talent pipeline and we hope to see them emerge as leaders in the future.”

The Tata Capital Management Trainee Program offers fresh MBAs an opportunity to work across a broad spectrum of financial products and functions over a 2-to-3-year period, thereby helping them build a strong understanding and appreciation of the financial services industry.
