Susanne Skippari To Join Carlsberg Group As CHRO

Susanne Skippari is set to join Carlsberg Group as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and a member of the Executive Committee (ExCom), starting in early September 2024. With over 25 years of experience in human resources, including leadership roles, Skippari brings a wealth of expertise in talent development, diversity, equity, and inclusion, as well as culture-driven business transformation. Jacob Aarup-Andersen, Group CEO at Carlsberg Group, expressed confidence in Skippari's suitability for the role, citing her impressive track record.

Previously, Skippari served as the Executive Vice President of People and Communications at KONE, a prominent global leader in the elevator and escalator industry. Prior to her tenure at KONE, she held various HR positions at Nokia, both in Finland and Argentina. Skippari holds an MSc in Economics from Turku School of Economics, Finland.
