Sundaram Home Finance Elevates Ganapathi Subramanian To CHRO
Ganapathi Subramanian has been promoted to the position of Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Sundaram Home Finance.
Subramanian, who has been with the company since May 2020, previously served as Vice President of Human Resources. In his new role, he will be responsible for driving change in the business through the HR function. His expertise lies in talent acquisition, management & retention and HR business partnering.
Employee engagement and setting up HR processes and systems are the other areas he has a keen focus on.
Subramanian has over two decades of experience in HR and has worked in diverse sectors for companies such as Wipro, Citigroup, and GE during the course of his career.
