Scientific Games Appoints Amy Steinman As CHRO

Steinman will oversee the global lottery company's 3,000 employees across 16 countries

Scientific Games has appointed Amy Steinman as the new Chief Human Resources Officer and the latest addition to its executive leadership team. Steinman, a seasoned strategic and hands-on HR professional, will oversee the global lottery company's 3,000 employees across 16 countries as it embarks on a new phase of transformation to serve government-regulated lotteries and partners on six continents.

Steinman brings with her a 25-year career from Koch Industries, a leading privately held company with 1,20,000 employees across 11 operating companies. At Koch, she most recently led the integration of Infor, a newly acquired multitenant SaaS business, into the organization. Her responsibilities included organisational design, talent development, and fostering a values-based, collaborative global culture.

Prior to this, she served as the Business Transformation Change Management Executive at Koch, where she developed the company's change leadership approach for global digital and process transformation initiatives. Steinman has also held HR leadership roles at INVISTA and Georgia-Pacific.

Known for her passion and collaborative approach, Steinman's expertise spans cultural development, change management, compliance, operations, HRIS systems, manufacturing, compensation, benefits, and recruiting.
