In her new capacity, she will be tasked with overseeing all aspects of RupeeRedee’s human resource strategy, including conflict resolution and grievance management. Her role will be pivotal in maintaining positive employee relations, improving employee performance and satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Moreover, she will play a crucial role in recruiting, retaining, and nurturing top talent to drive the platform’s sustained growth and long-term success.
Prior to joining RupeeRedee, Prerna served as the HR Business Partner at Unlimit In, where she was responsible for devising and implementing HR policies and managing HR operations.
