With the goal of developing young, high-potential engineering talent, India's largest firm, Reliance Industries Limited (RIL), is introducing the Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) 2024 programme to recruit entry-level young engineers from all throughout India. While announcing the recruitment drive on their official website, Reliance Industries emphasised that the young engineers would be hired for critical technical roles across business verticals.
The corporation stated that the online application process was created in order to provide equal opportunity to students from all around the country rather than restricting them to a few good engineering colleges. Companies usually choose campus recruiting drives to hire new talent fresh from India's premier institutions.
RIL stated that they aim to democratise access to world-class training given by the corporation, ensuring equitable opportunity for everybody.
Reliance is accepting online applications from B.Tech. and B.E. graduates from AICTE-approved institutes for the 2024 batch. The organisation is looking for a variety of positions in fields such as chemical, electrical, mechanical and instrumentation.
The organisation is looking for engineers in a variety of industries, including oil-to-chemicals, oil and gas exploration and production, project management, petrochemicals procurement and contracting, and emerging new energy domains.
