Ravi Parkash Appointed As Group Head HR Of GroupL

Ravi Parkash has been appointed as the Group Head HR of GroupL, effective 16 August 2024. 

With over 15 years of experience in leading and managing talent acquisition needs & organisational development across lines of businesses, Parkash will lead the people function for the pan-India facility management and workforce solutions company. 

Speaking with BW People, Parkash stated, “In my new role as Group Head of HR at GroupL, I will lead a cultural transformation by defining the organisation's vision, mission statement, and core values. I will implement strategic interventions aligned with both short- and long-term business plans, ensuring these initiatives reach every level of the organisation. My focus will be on fostering a performance-driven culture that supports sustainable growth and success.”

Prior to this role, Parkash served as the DGM- HR at Tenon Group, India, UK & Singapore. He served at Tenon Group from October 2019 till August 2024. He was responsible for leading HR operations, strategic recruitment and organisation development. 

When asked about the reason for his transition, Parkash told BW People, "I made this move to pursue better career prospects and to take on larger responsibilities. My vision in this new role is to lead the company to become the number one player in the integrated facility management sector."

Previously, he has held key leadership positions at Uno Minda, Beumer India, Sandhar Component and Minda Corp. He holds an MBA in management & human resources from MD University.
