With a wealth of experience and a clear strategic vision, she is expected to bring fresh perspectives to BIAL’s workforce.

Before her role at Rakuten, she held a three-year stint at LG Soft India, where she contributed to building a strong HR foundation and fostering positive employee relations. In 2000, she transitioned to Star TV as Manager of Human Resources, where she gained valuable experience navigating the fast-paced and dynamic media industry.
