Prior to joining BIAL, she served as Chief People Officer and Head of HR at Rakuten India, where she spent six years honing her skills in talent management, employee engagement, and organisational development within the fast-evolving e-commerce and technology sector.
Before her role at Rakuten, she held a three-year stint at LG Soft India, where she contributed to building a strong HR foundation and fostering positive employee relations. In 2000, she transitioned to Star TV as Manager of Human Resources, where she gained valuable experience navigating the fast-paced and dynamic media industry.
