Enfusion has appointed Pavithra Urs as Vice President of HR, effective May.

Based in Bangalore, she will focus on fostering a high-quality workforce and strengthening collaborative relationships between employees and managers.

She brings over 16 years of transformative HR leadership experience to Enfusion, having worked with companies such as Deluxe, ArisGlobal, Cognizant, and Infosys.

She holds a master's in business management and is a PMP-certified Project Management Professional. Her expertise includes strategic planning, business development, risk mitigation, and talent management.
