OIES Elevates Prerna Upadhyay To VP

Oxford International Education Services (OIES) has appointed Prerna Upadhyay as the Vice President. In this new role, she will be responsible for growing the organisation through the creation of more efficiencies across all divisions including Finance, HR, IT, Marketing and Sales-Operations.

Prior to her elevation, she served as the Associate Director of Operations at OIES, where she led a team of 200 professionals, leveraging her extensive experience in operations, strategic planning, and partnership management. In her previous role as Head of Strategic Operations & New Project Development, she was instrumental in developing and implementing key policies and procedures that significantly improved the admissions experience. Her leadership skills were further demonstrated as she groomed, led, and coached her team to consistently deliver high-quality results. She also spearheaded the Admissions Team, overseeing the student application process for the MENA and Africa regions. With 11 years of comprehensive experience, she has a proven track record of delivering operational excellence and driving impactful outcomes, positioning her as a valuable asset to OIES in her new role as Vice President.
