OCS Names Ryme Dembri As CHRO For APAC & ME

She brings in over 25 years of experience in business transformation and leveraging talent and organisational strategies

OCS has appointed Ryme Dembri as the Chief Human Resources Officer for the Asia Pacific and Middle East regions, effective 15 May 2024.

In this role, she will be instrumental in steering the organisation’s strategic direction from a human resources perspective. Her primary responsibilities will encompass talent management, workforce planning, and cultivating an inclusive and high-performing culture across the operations in these regions.

Dembri will provide essential input and guidance on all matters related to human resources, ensuring efficient management across the HR delivery model. She will also play a significant role in our M&A activities. As a key member of the regional leadership team, she will focus on driving revenue growth and profitability through human capital.

She brings extensive academic credentials, holding a master’s degree in Organisation & Human Resources from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne and a master’s degree in European business management from the University of Hamburg. With over 25 years of experience in business transformation and leveraging talent and organisational strategies, she has lived and worked in seven countries across Europe and Asia. Most recently, she served as the Global Head of Talent, Leadership, and Culture for ASM in Singapore.
