The tech giant Apple Inc. is pushing its employees to return to the office as the Pandemic condition across the world is getting on normal track. This demand from the employers has become a matter of dispute between employees and authorities as most of the workers are claiming that they have performed exceptionally well during the whole two plus years of the Pandemic.
In this direction, the company has summoned many employees for disobeying the company's order while the employees have filed a petition seen by Financial Times against the Chief Executive Officer’s order to the employees to work from office at least three days in a week. The petition read that the whole group is criticising the ‘Work from Office ‘ policy of the company and asking the authorities to acknowledge their last two years performance. They also asked the company to bring more flexibility in the working pattern of the company.
As per a survey by Blind that went through the anonymous technologist found out that 76% of the Apple employees are not happy with the company’s decision of bringing hybrid or work from office culture again
The Apple employees are raising the question that they have not worked efficiently from home in the last two years?!. Reportedly by The Verge, In an official mail Apple CEO Tim Cook wrote that ‘’We are committed to listening, adapting and growing together in the weeks and months ahead.”
In an interview to CNBC, long-time pollster and analyst Frank Luntz talked about the changing relationship between workers and employers, he also said that “It’s a very different world today than it was before Covid and make no mistake – this is the way it is across the board; it doesn’t matter whether you’re in Washington state or Florida, or working class or upper middle class.
