McDonald's Licensee Company To Hire 2,000 People From Underprivileged Communities In Next 3 Years: Rajeev Ranjan

Connaught Plaza Restaurants plans to hire up to 2,000 people from underprivileged communities in the next three years, according to the company's Managing Director Rajeev Ranjan.

"We are looking forward to partnering with like-minded organisations and NGOs to rapidly progress on our objective of reducing barriers to youth employment and do our small bit in helping Build Bright Futures through Education, Training and Accelerating Equity", said Ranjan in a LinkedIn post.

Talking about the youth initiative for underprivileged communities, the licensee of McDonald's restaurants for North and East India said, "we remain committed to providing gainful employment prospects to the local communities, especially the less-privileged youth. If you’re associated with an NGO or have any references of NGOs working in the youth empowerment area."
