What would you say about your journey here?

My entrepreneurial journey has been very interesting with lots of learning and getting to work towards new horizons. The best part is that every other organisation that we work with has unique HR challenges and a different way of addressing their workforce needs. Todays successful CHROs are wanting agile and flexible platforms to align themselves to their organisational goals. This gives us the liberty to innovate and evolve innovative yet practical solutions. Being a part of the Microsoft Accelerator has helped us access latest technologies as well open doors to large enterprises.

How do you look at AI particularly in this industry?

AI has become one of the default tools to define the new way of work. We are already witnessing the business benefits from deploying the power of AI-ML in HR. Artificial Intelligence clubbed with elements like Machine Learning, Deep Learning and Predictive Analytics can help in improving, improvising and pushing productivity and activity enhancement within HRTech space. We feel that this space will dominant with AI integrations in the coming 2-3 years.

How do you look at the growth of your organisation in this revolutionary era of HR?

As one of the early adopters of Digital HR using cutting edge technologies, we at ZingHR have been fortunate to collaborate with forward looking organisations to implement innovative People processes. We want to put the Zing back in the HRTech space.

How efficiently you usually manage the challenges in this particular field?

From a customer point of view we believe in building and understanding how and what our customer need and provide solutions to those pointers. We firmly believe and work like a lean agile organization to get things done on a first in and first out basis. Our objective is simple and we want to bring more innovative, disruptive and better solutions in the HRTech space in the times to come.

How much do you find yourself satisfied in doing your work?

Since we are focusing on Outcomation(TM), which is achieving real Business Outcomes through LEAN HR and HR it is a continuous process of unlearning and relearning for me to understand various business processes and lines of work. I firmly believe that one should keep evolving and learning new things in life, processes and technologies to ensure they can give back better and newer things to the field that they are playing in. I am an eternal learner and always happy to contribute back to the field that i am working in.
