The recruiting drive intends to hire over 3,500 cabin crew, 1,000 cockpit staff, 2,000 technicians, 800 trainees, and 900 IT specialists. The effort demonstrates the company's dedication to attracting new talent and remaining a desirable employer in the aviation industry.

The airlines want to hire at least 380 people by 2024 for Brussels Airlines. That translates to more than one new employee every day of the year.
