Discussing her role during the pandemic; she shared that she had the complete authority and support from my leaders to take the necessary action to ensure a smooth transition of experience for candidates and processes from a pre-COVID world to a post-COVD world.
During the recent disruption that has resulted in accelerated digitization in companies across industries Wadhwani explained that in her role as the TA lead, she has been at the forefront of adopting technology, established an innovation lab within HR and digitally transformed the experience for Candidates and our associates.

Transformative HR leader & Mentor- As an active member of the Pune Executive leadership Committee and HR leadership team, she has been a key strategic partner and coach, tasked with facilitating strategic planning and leading initiatives, change management and organizational design. 2. Advocate for Diversity and Inclusion- Leading the Diversity and Inclusion charter (IWIN) for India with the core responsibility to attract, engage and retain the diverse workforce, especially Women associates.
