Veteran HR leader Prem Singh has been appointed as National President, of NHRDN.
Outgoing President, Nathan SV introduced Singh in his LinkedIn post and said,
"Prem has handled several leadership roles in NHRDN, ie EC Member-Mumbai Chapter, President-Delhi/NCR Chapter, Regional President (North), & Board Member for last 4 years. He was the Convener of the National Conference of NHRDN in 2021 and played a key role in developing two new chapters of NHRDN."
Current role and engagements
Singh is currently the President of Group HR (Group CHRO), JK Organisation, New Delhi. He sits on the Board of Management, JK Lakshmipat University; and is also the Convenor, Directors & Senior Executives Councils, which is the strategic think tank of Group. He is also the Co-Chairman, HR/IR Committee, PHD Chamber of Commerce, and a member of the CII North Regional Committee on HR & IR.
Seasoned professional with multifaceted experience
Singh is an alumnus of IIT Delhi, and brings with him a rich experience of 32 years, having worked with American, European and Indian companies, including 3 years stint overseas, for an expatriate assignment. As part of his varied assignments, he has gained significant experience even beyond HR. In addition to HR, he has also handled Corporate Communication, TQM, Lean, CRM etc. He is a certified Black Belt in Six Sigma. He is an Executive Coach certified by Marshal Goldsmith; and a Strengths Coach, trained by Gallup.

Collectively, our endeavor will be to build on the great work done by previous National Presidents and Boards, and make NHRDN even more vibrant, thereby creating value for HR professionals, organisations and academia."
