Jaya Suri Joins Kimbal Technologies As CHRO

Kimbal Technologies, formerly known as Crystal, has announced Jaya Suri as its new chief human resources officer (CHRO). With a wealth of experience spanning various sectors including consulting, services, manufacturing, and education, Suri has been instrumental in driving people strategy as a strategic business partner.

Her areas of expertise encompass talent management, engagement, development, and the creation of employee value propositions for diverse workforces.

Expressing her excitement about the new role, she shared her thoughts on LinkedIn, stating, "I'm thrilled to embark on this journey as CHRO at Kimbal Technologies (formerly Crystal)!"

Prior to her appointment as CHRO, she held a leadership role in people and culture at Kimbal Technologies, where she commenced her tenure in June 2023. She brings valuable experience from previous roles at Lixil Asia, Gus Global Services and Kohler.
