Jaquar & Company Hires Ranjeeka Sachdev As CHRO

Jaquar & Company, a manufacturer of bathroom and lighting products, has appointed Ranjeeka Sachdev as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

Sachdev brings with her two decades of diverse HR experience, including roles in learning and development, work-from-home innovations, employee engagement, corporate social responsibility, employer branding, global mobility, succession planning, talent transformation, and strategic business partnering.

Prior to joining Jaquar, Sachdev was the General Manager of Human Resources at Pernod Ricard India. In that role, she managed inclusion and diversity initiatives, performance management, learning and development programmes, employee engagement activities, rewards and recognition, employee policies and processes, and global coordination for Pernod Ricard South Asia. She also served as a business partner to Corporate and South Asia.

Sachdev's career also includes positions at Gap and Yamaha Motor.
