Jakson Group elevates Radhika Arora as Group Chief People Officer.

Arora is a change leader with 19 years of experience as a business enabler through HR strategy & practices. She started her career as a consultant for talent acquisition in the IT domain. 

Before moving to Jakson group, Arora worked with BHEL and Sony and gained experience in all aspects of the HR function ranging from people management to succession planning. She has varied expertise in aspects like Talent Acquisition, OD, Employee Engagement and L&D-related initiatives at the Corporate level.

Arora was a science graduate before she took up studies in HR and Marketing at M.S Ramaiah Institute of Management.
