IT Firms of Ahmedabad On Talent Acquisition Mission

The Information Technology firms and companies noticed the rise in the acquisition and mergers in Ahmedabad. There are around 3,000 companies that offer jobs and employment to more than 1.5 lakh people. After Covid , the IT and software industry has seen a huge demand  but due to less manpower, these companies started to acquire suitable firms to gain a newer market. Acquisition of a new market seems to be the most appropriate option, the IT/ Software sector considers in order to cope up in between high demand and maintenance of company cost. 

Chief Strategy Office, Tridhya Tech, Gaurav Barot said"We have acquired a majority stake in six companies this year. Two more acquisitions are in the pipeline. We have made acquisitions in domains like artificial intelligence, machine learning, big data, customer relationship management etc. Most of the deal sizes are between Rs 7 crore to Rs 40 crore."

While the Founder of Cygnet Infotech, Niraj Hutheesing said "We recently acquired a majority stake in a company active in the artificial intelligence domain. They are also focusing on the financial technology segment, including document processing, financial statement analysis, and tax filing assistance. We believe that the consolidation will continue. Quality technology makers and companies with a good client base will see mergers and acquisitions."
