Ina Bajwa Joins Tata 1mg As CHRO

Ina Bajwa has joined Tata 1mg as Chief Human Resources Officer.

At Tata 1mg, her goal will be to build a compelling employee value proposition and embed an integrated people agenda to accelerate growth as per business strategy. 

She was previously working at Tata Communications. She joined the organisation back in 2013 as its Director and Global Head HR - Products, Digital, Technology and Corporate functions. 

During her tenure at Tata Communications, Bajwa climbed up the ladder and worked in different capacities to contribute to the evolving HR function and business outcomes. 

She was elevated to the role of Vice President,  Human Resources at the organisation in 2022 wherein she was tasked with the overall strategic and operational leadership for the Human Resources function for Digital and Technology business units, globally.

An alumna of KJ Somaiya Institute of Management Studies & Research, Mumbai, Bajwa started her career at Esaar in 2004 and went on to work with leading organisations like HSBC and BCG before moving to Tata Communications.
