ICCS, one of India's most prominent BPO/BPM service companies, plans to hire 7,000 people in the next twelve months. The company currently has delivery centres in eight locations and manages 15 million customer interactions every month with the support of over 6600 executives.
The company will consider hiring talent in a variety of areas, including customer support, operations, outbound & inbound support, market research, HR, Finance, Marketing, customer satisfaction surveys.
ICCS has grown by 25% year over year since 2013. After generating 115 crore in revenue in 2021–2022, now aim to reach 175 crore by the end of this financial year. Currently, ICCS is growing at a CAGR of 25% and is racing for exponential growth of 30% in the coming times. This will be accompanied by a combination of technological advancements, geographic expansion, and forays into new industry verticals.
